How quickly can we launch for a live event? +
We have a simple mode where you select the microphone, press Start Recording and you are live. We say 5 minutes, but that includes you taking a long sip of tea and admiring how easy it is to get going.
Do attendees need to install anything? +
No. Attendees scan one QR code and join right in their mobile or desktop browser.
How accurate are transcription and translation results? +
Inclutra uses a premium provider of real-time transcription in Europe and from our experience the accuracy is very strong.
Where is data processed and stored? +
Data is stored and processed on EU infrastructure in Nuernberg with backup servers in Frankfurt. We do not engage with any non-EU companies or services.
Are my recordings or transcriptions used to train AI? +
We have assertions from our AI provider that recorded audio, transcriptions, and translations are never used for model training.
What support is included during rollout? +
